Welcome to the DTU Media Lab booking site. This is where you can initiate your first contact with us. Once we receive your completed request form, we will reach out to schedule a potential pre-meeting.

Hourly Rates (per DTU Media Lab employee):

  • UK10: 525 DKK/hour
  • UK95 – Danish Funders: 561 DKK/hour
  • UK95 – Horizon Europe: 617 DKK/hour

Please note that due to limited staffing, DTU Media Lab cannot guarantee acceptance of all requests. Final confirmation of your booking will only be made after the pre-meeting — submitting the form alone does not confirm your order.
